About Me

Hi, I’m Kat. I’m a former software engineer with 3+ years of experience in backend development across startup ventures, medical technology, and education technology.

As a software developer, I’ve always enjoyed breaking down complex concepts and translating them into accessible information. Currently, I am pursuing this passion full-time as a technical writer.

I am a Certified Technical Writer by Technical Writer HQ. This certification, combined with my BA in Computer Science from CUNY Hunter College and 3+ years of software development experience provides me with the technical expertise and skills necessary to produce clear, effective, accessible, and engaging content.
